Blades- Airflow components

1.Blade design-Streamline variable cross-section
Conform to aerodynamic equal chord length theory,combined with the relative linear velocity principle,the blade narrows(304-186mm) and thins(43mm-21mm) from root to tip till tail then widen,the air is more even and uniform.
2. Blade material-Aviation aluminum alloy

Connection:Safety Anti-fall Structure

  1. Blade and petiole
    Mortise and tenon connection:
    The convex petiole with concave buffer device form the Joint engaged,eliminate the centrifugal force from the blades when the fan is running and the shear force when the fan starts and stops.
    The transverse screw is the same direction with fan running track to avoiding the shear in order to ensure the blade will not broken,eliminate the possible Safety hazards radically.
  2. Petiole and wheel hub
    The petiole and hub/motor are integrated by the stepped concave-convex sections to engage each other.The overall structure is used to withstand the centrifugal force during running,and all fasteners are not stressed.
  3. Motor and flange roulette
    Safety ring:Connect the 5 petioles and motor upper cover form the whole,adopt the occlusion structural to even the force of the whole fan.
    Anti-falling roulette:The concave flange roulette engaged with the convex anti-falling ring each other under the gravity to ensure the reliable connection between the flange roulette and motor.
