The proportioning dosing pump is fitted on the water pipe. the flow of water passing through the pump activates it and cause the pumping
of liquid fetilizer (or other additive) and inject it in a relative quantity into the water line.
The flow rate of water passing through the pump is between 0.02 and 5 m3/hr. (0.088-22 GPM).
The water pressure is between 1 and 8 bar (14.7 and 120 PSI).
The water and air temperatures are not less than 4 ºC and not more than 40 ºC(39 ºF-104 ºF).
Head loss: low flow 0.1 bar, high flow 0.8 bar.
Max deviation injection rate +/- 10%.
The flow rate of the fertilizer and chemical can be adjusted relative to the flow rate of the water in the range of 0.1-1%, 0.2-2%, 0.5-5%.
